Salon Policies

Late Arrivals

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may not be able to get all services scheduled. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be charged a no show fee based off of the scheduled service price.

Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations/reschedules at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service scheduled.

*Please note that all appointments require confirmation sent via text/email. Any appointments unconfirmed 24 hours before the appointment time will be cancelled and given to the next guest on the wait list.

Child Policy

We strive to provide the best customer service for all clients. Unfortunately, our staff cannot provide supervision for children. We do not wish to diminish any client’s experience, so for the safety and courtesy of all guests and employees, any children who enter the salon must have full supervision at all times.
